アプリが「再認証が必要」と表示する
Block & Relayのスクリーンタイム許可をやり直してください。BLOCKの希望状態とリストは保存され、許可後に再適用されます。
Plusを復元する
アプリの「Plus」セクションから「購入を復元」を選択してください。Apple IDで有効な購入が確認されると反映されます。
共有フィルタの誤判定
アプリ内の「共有URL Filter」からドメインと理由を送信してください。端末だけで即時解除せず、人間の確認後に共有データを修正します。
問い合わせ
問い合わせ時は、iOSバージョン、Block & Relayのバージョン、表示されたエラーを記載してください。閲覧URL、パスワード、Apple IDの送付は不要です。

“Reauthorization required”
Allow Screen Time access for Block & Relay again. Your requested BLOCK state and lists remain saved and are reapplied after authorization.
Restore Plus
Open Settings > Plus in Block & Relay and select “Restore Purchases.” An active purchase is restored after Apple verifies the Apple ID.
Shared-filter false positive
Submit the domain and reason from Settings > Shared URL Filter. Shared decisions are corrected after human review rather than by creating an immediate per-device exception.
Contact
Include the iOS version, Block & Relay version, and error shown. Do not send a browsing URL, password, or Apple ID.
